Tanishq Ishq was born in 24 October, 2003 in najabgarh, Delhi, India. He belongs from a middle class family facing many financial issues. From childhood, he was interested in playing guitar, singing and dance. He did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sector 5, Dwaraka, Delhi. Also, he actively participated in extra curricular activities organised in school.
He had also gone for Tried for Indian Dance Reality Show “Dance India Dance Li’l Masters”. But, he failed to get selected in the audition. His school teacher find him good in singing. So, he started writing poems due to his teacher guidance. He was in class 9 when wrote his first rap song for a girl. The girl studied in the same tuition class where tanishq also camed.
After class 10, he become more interest towards Hip Hop music. He spend much time in learning rap and wrote few rap songs. He used to take part in rap competition organised near his cities. This way, he took part in Rap Challenge which was orgained by Rohan Cariappa. He become the winner of Rohan Cariappa’s 1 minute rap competition.
This made him recognised as a rap artist making him to get opportunities. He collaborated with many hip hop artists and struggled with them. Also, he opened his YouTube channel “Paradox” on Feb 29, 2020. He uploaded many songs on his channel. But, didn’t get much popularity from the platform. Then, he participated in his first reality show “MTV Hustle 2.O” in 2022. His song in the show was loved by the audience.
