She used to perform in his locality at Satsang in the Special Occasion of Basant Mahotsav held in Kolkata. At a very small age, she told the story of Bhagwat Gita to the people through events that made her different from others of her age. She also had a peaceful voice. She Sang the Song “Sundara Kanda” which people loved the song which mentally felt peace and Silence. At that time she was just 10 years old. Her name became popular and many one’s visited the programs organized by her to listen to her.
From a small age were mostly children’s study in school. She managed well his programs and studies too well. She says as it’s a necessity one should complete it. She was quite different from others. In her home, her Grandparents and parents listened to Swami Ram Surdas Maharaj Katha in Cassette. They cried while listening to the Katha. So, she told her parents that she also wants to hear it. After listening, she was also so touched internally by Katha that she also wanted to do Katha. For this, he turned Katha into the Marwadi language. She says that Marwadi is missing in nowadays as losing it.
Jaya Kishori has sung in many Albums such as “Lagan Tumse Laga Baithe”, “Jagat Ke Rang”, “Radhe Krishna Radhe Krishna”, “Ek Nazar Kripa Ki” etc. She runs events in many states of India and other countries.
